Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** **Summary of Key Responsibilities:** The professional handles, organizes, and supports coffee processing operations—including transporting bags and pallets and feeding machines. They are responsible for safe stacking, batch verification, and supporting loading, unloading, and export preparation activities (e.g., bag labeling and container lining). They also perform operational tasks such as cleaning bags, warehouse organization, activity logging, inspections of bulk bags (Big Bags), and inventory control when required. They may operate supervisory systems for flow control and support sampling processes. Additionally, they must ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, strictly adhere to safety, quality, and food safety standards, follow internal procedures, participate in emergency drills, and maintain hygiene and organizational standards. **Qualifications** **Summary of Knowledge and Requirements:** This position requires **primary education** (secondary education preferred) and up to **1 year of relevant experience**. No language proficiency is required. A valid **Brazilian driver’s license category B (CNH B)** is required, along with training in **NR 11 (forklift operation), NR 06 (PPE usage), NR 17 (ergonomics)**, and knowledge of **5S**. As additional assets, supplementary courses related to forklift operation are also valued.
