Triade Fibra is a company specializing in connectivity and telecommunications solutions. We provide high-speed internet services and fiber-optic infrastructure to meet our customers' needs. **What will you do in this role?:** Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues related to telecommunications services such as internet, telephone, and subscription TV. Perform diagnostics and identify the root cause of technical issues reported by customers. Guide customers on proper use of telecommunications services and provide instructions for resolving simple problems. Conduct connectivity and signal quality tests to ensure optimal service performance.
