The professional will assist with hiring processes, time tracking, new employee onboarding, and on-site employee assistance. **Responsibilities:** * Assist with hiring, terminations, and document collection; * Manage time tracking, absences, medical certificates, and overtime; * Monitor team mobilization and demobilization; * Conduct new employee onboarding and routine orientation; * Support data entry for the payroll department; * Maintain updated employee files and records; * Provide administrative support to the construction team and corporate HR department.
