What will be your role? * Inspects site cleanliness and organization upon completion of each task and during execution, identifying areas requiring improvement. Ensures site organization, prevents damage to already-completed work, and avoids accidents. * Verifies and monitors tasks; checks all ongoing site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Supports occupational safety: verifies use of PPEs, inspects and maintains collective protective equipment (CPE), participates in Weekly Safety Dialogues (DSS); ensures accident prevention and employee well-being. * Performs contractor and measurement professionals’ monthly on-site measurements and fills out spreadsheets with quantities and values per contract. After spreadsheet completion, measurements are submitted to the Contracts and Measurements Department for system entry, engineering approval, and payment based on production. * Conducts surveys and quantity take-offs: performs on-site or project-based material and service quantity take-offs according to construction phases, supporting verification, procurement requests, budgeting, and measurements. * Conducts Weekly Safety Dialogues * Monitors daily Scrum activities * Tracks purchase requests and assists the warehouse manager with cost allocations. Requests registration of new inputs in the system through the Purchasing Department. * Plans material receipt and monitors deliveries to ensure required inputs are available for continued construction progress. * Contacts service and material suppliers to schedule deliveries and on-site activities as needed, ensuring physical progress of the construction. * Contacts designers as needed to clarify doubts and identify inconsistencies, ensuring correct activity execution. * Plans concrete pours jointly with the concrete supplier and verifies concrete delivery invoices. * Requests granite orders, completes delivery manifests identifying pieces and controlling delivery deadlines.
