Therefore, we pay close attention to welcoming professionals with diverse backgrounds and characteristics. **What will be your role?** * Inspect site cleanliness and organization upon completion of each task and during execution, identifying areas requiring improvement—to maintain site organization, prevent damage to completed work, and avoid accidents. * Monitor and inspect ongoing site activities, verifying all works-in-progress to ensure quality standards. * Support occupational safety: verify proper use of PPEs, inspect and maintain collective protective equipment (CPE), and participate in Weekly Safety Dialogues (DSS) to prevent accidents and promote employee well-being. * Conduct monthly on-site measurement of contractors and measurement professionals; complete spreadsheets with quantities and values per contract. After spreadsheet completion, submit measurements to the Contracts and Measurements Department for system entry and engineer approval prior to payment based on production. * Perform quantity surveys and takeoffs: conduct on-site or project-based material and service quantity surveys aligned with construction phases for verification, procurement requests, budgeting, and measurement. * Conduct Weekly Safety Dialogues * Monitor daily Scrum activities * Track purchase requests and assist the warehouse clerk in cost allocation. Request registration of new inputs in the system through the Procurement Department. Plan material receipt and monitor deliveries to ensure essential supplies are available for continued site progress. * Contact service and material suppliers to schedule deliveries and coordinate on-site activities according to demand, ensuring physical progress of the project. * Contact designers as needed to clarify doubts and identify inconsistencies, ensuring correct execution of tasks. * Plan concrete pours jointly with the ready-mix supplier and verify concrete delivery invoices. * Request granite orders, complete delivery notes identifying pieces and tracking delivery deadlines. Monitor quality and storage of delivered items—to ensure quality control, quantity accuracy, and timely progress. * Support the warehouse clerk: assess organization, verify material expiration dates, identify need for non-conformance reports, contact suppliers, manage leased equipment, and plan continuous-use purchases to ensure smooth physical progress, proper organization, and correct storage. * Review leased equipment monthly and assess return feasibility—to retain only equipment currently in use. * Monitor field Quality Checklists and develop action plans for improvements. * Track client-requested modifications, prepare modification checklists, and attach them at each apartment entrance—to minimize rework and ensure quality. * Prepare and verify checklists tailored to each construction phase—to ensure high-quality completion of tasks within scheduled timelines. * Comply with procedures and other duties related to your position. * Report any anomalies encountered during task execution to your immediate supervisor. * Support the site quality department: assist in verifying employee tools, register new employees and contractors in the SGQ system, and perform other departmental tasks. * Other duties related to the position. **We expect you to:** * Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Civil Engineering or Civil Production Engineering (from the 3rd semester onward) **We’ll be especially pleased if you:** * Have intermediate computer skills and AutoCAD experience. **Our Benefits** * Transportation Allowance/Fuel Reimbursement; * Meal Voucher (R$33.00 per working day); * Life Insurance; * Seconci medical consultations; * Gympass; * PPI – Internal Incentive Program; * CAJU+: Online therapy platform (VIVA Psychology), Nutritionist, Financial Advisory, Legal Counseling, and Social Services; * Birthday Day Off.
