




Description: Job Description: Support Assistant 1 Responsibilities: * Provide first-level technical support to internal users; * Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, printers, and peripherals; * Identify and correct failures in physical and logical networks, escalating to specialized support when necessary; * Assist in the configuration and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks; * Perform installation and configuration of software and equipment, with registration in the control system; * Receive and log technical service requests, prioritizing and documenting actions taken; * Assist in controlling access to websites, e-mails, and other resources according to internal guidelines; * Support infrastructure and information security routines; * Participate in continuous improvement and technological innovation initiatives within the area.
