If you are agile, delight customers, and value excellence in results, join our ***team***! ***We are the NewChase Group—and we grow together!*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide customer service either in the showroom or digitally/via phone calls, applying the manufacturer’s standard methodology with a friendly, enthusiastic, and courteous attitude, backed by solid product knowledge; identify customer needs and present the full range of products and benefits to secure deal closure and achieve targets set by the Commercial Directorate. * Achieve monthly sales targets, balancing volume, ISC (Customer Satisfaction Index), profitability, accessories, F\&I (Finance and Insurance), and services to meet both Group and individual objectives. * Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, including vehicle demonstrations and test drives, negotiating payment terms, pricing, and delivery timelines—thereby finalizing sales and fulfilling targets set by the department’s leadership. * Prospect new customers using digital tools and/or phone calls—including social media, email marketing, and other online platforms—to reach potential customers, and proactively contact qualified leads to deliver personalized, consultative service. * Monitor and manage your daily schedule via the corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. * Monitor the sales funnel, tracking every stage of the sales process—from initial prospecting to deal closure. * Analyze sales funnel data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, adjusting strategies as needed; segment customers according to their stage in the sales funnel and personalize outreach and communications to maximize conversion chances. * Record daily in the corporate system the complete history of all customer interactions (phone calls, emails, showroom visits, reception, qualification, vehicle presentation, test drive, negotiation, delivery, portfolio management, and unsuccessful sales), including reasons and follow-ups—to maintain up-to-date records and generate data for future performance analysis. * Prepare sales proposals via the corporate system, ensuring product availability in stock, transit, and monthly plans, following internal departmental guidelines to provide customers with accurate negotiation information, enhancing satisfaction and securing expected departmental outcomes. * Monitor the entire sales process (license plate registration, accessory installation, trade-in processing where applicable), track customer payments to ensure adherence to agreed delivery timelines and preserve full customer satisfaction. * Oversee vehicle deliveries, guaranteeing customer satisfaction. * Represent the NewChase Group dealership at trade fairs, events, and new product launches, promoting brand vehicles and services. * Complete manufacturer and Group in-person and WEB-based training courses per the curriculum issued by the Human Resources Directorate, ensuring certification and maintenance of the manufacturer’s required performance index. * Perform other tasks delegated by the area manager. **Requirements and Qualifications** **If you:** * Hold a completed high school diploma; * Possess a Category B driver’s license (CNH); * Have customer service experience; * Are knowledgeable in sales and negotiation techniques. *The \#NewChaseGroup is your place!* **Preferred qualifications include:** * Commercial experience in dealerships; * Familiarity with corporate systems Apollo and Syonet. **Additional Information** **What we offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass)—extendable to up to 3 dependents; * Free telemedicine—extendable to spouse, children; * Psychological support—extendable to spouse, children; * Discounts on undergraduate, graduate, MBA, and fully online English courses; * Corporate University; * Recognition program for tenure; * Maternity care program. **WE ARE THE NEWCHASE GROUP AND WE GROW TOGETHER** We are a national mobility group excelling in the automotive market, with over 30 years of service excellence and continuous growth.
