Negotiate overdue debts. Record contacts, histories, and negotiations. Schedule follow-ups. Identify delinquency and propose solutions to prevent cancellations. Guide customers on using the app to retrieve payment slips. Perform other duties related to the position. Previous experience as a Credit Analyst, Receivables Analyst, Collection Specialist, or Collection Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Completed elementary education.
