Job Summary: Responsible for operating mobile plant, optimizing operational processes, diagnosing complex failures, leading continuous improvements, and supporting the team. Key Highlights: 1. Provide technical support and train Level I and II operators Responsible for operating mobile plant to achieve maximum productive capacity, focusing on meeting targets while adhering to best practices and safety standards (procedures), troubleshooting failures, optimizing operational processes, diagnosing and resolving complex failures, leading continuous improvement initiatives, providing technical support to the team, and contributing to the training of Level I and II operators. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Meet production deadlines and operational routines, following safety regulations and operational procedures to ensure uninterrupted production within established standards; * Identify operational issues, correct failures, and implement preventive measures to avoid losses and damage; * Assist in reviewing new operational procedures, evaluating and interpreting production and quality data to identify improvement opportunities, and proposing technical solutions to increase productivity; * Maintain operations compliant with applicable regulations and standards, strictly adhering to safety regulations and operational procedures, and using personal protective equipment (PPE); * Ensure plant equipment remains in good working condition; * Assist in and perform minor maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to minimize breakdowns and optimize operations; * Perform and conduct sampling, including proper identification and interfacing with the chemical laboratory; Control operational variables to ensure compliance with the process. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Completed high school education; * Relevant work experience. We hold projects at various stages of the mining lifecycle—from greenfield development through to active operations—and employ over 2,100 professionals nationwide, all committed to our mission. Currently, we operate three iron ore sites in Minas Gerais: the Baratinha and Mongais mines, part of the Baratinha Complex, and the Pedra Branca mine. Our first iron ore operation, the Baratinha mine in the Vale do Aço region, commenced operations in 2014 and features a wet processing plant with an annual capacity of 2.5 million tons. In 2024, the Mongais project entered operation, with a dry processing capacity of 1.5 million tons per year, increasing the total capacity of the Baratinha Complex to 4.0 million tons per year. In the municipalities of João Monlevade and Itabira (MG), we launched the Pedra Branca project in the third quarter of 2025\. The project holds 130 million tons of resources, including 33 million tons of high-grade material, and is expected to reach full-capacity production of 2.0 million tons per year, solely via dry processing. Additionally, Bemisa operates a pilot-scale gold project in Água Azul do Norte, Pará state, near the Carajás polymetallic district. Developed from the greenfield stage, this project does not use tailings dams for waste disposal and employs predominantly local workers.
