Hardware and software problem diagnosis and resolution. Installation and configuration of operating systems and software. Preventive and corrective computer maintenance. Network configuration (Access point, Wi\-Fi, cabling). Printer and peripheral support. SLA-based service delivery. Data backup and implementation of security best practices. User account creation and support. Previous experience in IT Technical Support, Support Analyst, Computer Maintenance Technician, or Network Specialist roles may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Completed technical education required.
