Follow safety regulations and work as part of a team A professional responsible for performing masonry, plastering, flooring, cladding, and other activities related to construction and renovation. Will work on civil construction projects, performing basic project drawing reading, mortar preparation, and surface correction, ensuring quality and safety in the workplace. **Main Responsibilities:** * Construct, plaster, lay, and repair masonry structures; * Prepare and apply mortar, concrete, and other materials; * Lay flooring, tiles, and cladding; * Read and interpret simple construction drawings; * Perform demolition, renovation, and finishing tasks; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow safety regulations (use of PPE and compliance with CIPA and SESMT guidelines). **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of masonry, finishing, and reading simple construction drawings; * Commitment to deadlines and service quality; * Ability to work as part of a team; * Willingness to travel; * Company-provided accommodation; * Driver's license is a plus; * Initial contract term: 6 months, extendable to 1 year.
