Job Summary: This position's purpose is to approach customers for cargo pickup and delivery, verify fiscal documentation, and load/unload cargo. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in training programs and quality initiatives **Job Purpose** Approach customers for cargo pickup and delivery, receive and verify fiscal documentation, and store cargo in the truck. **Requirements** Education: Incomplete elementary school Skills: Productivity capacity, organization, interpersonal communication, agility, attention to detail, and understanding of tasks **Desired Competencies** Completed high school; residence near Califórnia neighborhood; convenient access to the area. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Load vehicles for cargo delivery; * Approach customers professionally and courteously, properly identifying oneself and announcing the service; * Verify cargo and pickup/delivery documentation; * Request receipt and documentation for delivered and/or collected cargo; * Assist by answering the driver’s mobile phone for general inquiries; * Maintain a clean and organized internal work environment; * Update the driver on the itinerary whenever receiving calls for new services; * Label cargo according to the fiscal document at the time of pickup; * Contact the company in case of doubts or non-conformities; * Assist the driver with street maneuvers; * Perform cargo arrangement, securing, and tarping; * Provide internal and external support as required by the company; * Participate in company-mandated training and refresher courses; * Actively engage in Total Quality Management processes. **Salary and Benefits** Competitive salary, meal allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, co-payment health plan, dental plan, profit-sharing program, university partnerships (Anhanguera and Anima), attendance bonus. ***We believe in Inclusion!
