We are seeking a Surveying Engineer (Civil Works Technician) to work in Inocência-MS. **ACTIVITIES:** ** Measure quantities of services performed on site (daily, weekly or monthly); ** Verify executed volumes according to project documents, spreadsheets and contractual criteria; ** Verify executed volumes according to project documents, spreadsheets and contractual criteria; ** Validate measurements with inspection, supervision or client.** Prepare physical and financial measurement reports; ** Control accumulated measurements, contractual balances and addendums. ** Compare measured values with the forecasted budget; ** Identify cost, productivity and executed volume deviations. ** Interpret contracts, scopes, descriptive memoranda and technical standards; ** Validate technical information and quantities surveyed on site; ** Guide teams on measurement criteria and required documentation. ** Support financial management ** Control production of heavy equipment and trucks; **REQUIREMENTS**: We seek a hands-on professional. In addition to having proven experience, the candidate must have a consulting attitude, process-oriented vision, excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to different scenarios.
