Job Summary: Backhoe Loader Operator responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently, performing daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and ensuring operational safety on civil engineering projects. Interpretation of engineering drawings and assurance of workplace safety #### **Responsibilities** * Operate backhoe loaders safely and efficiently to perform excavation, filling, land grading, trenching, and material loading. * Conduct daily inspections (check\-list) on the machine, verifying fluid levels, tires, hydraulic and electrical systems, and reporting any anomalies or maintenance requirements. * Perform basic preventive maintenance on the backhoe loader, such as lubricating pins and bushings, cleaning filters, and minor adjustments, in accordance with the manufacturer's manual. * Interpret civil engineering drawings and plans to execute tasks according to technical specifications and dimensional requirements. * Ensure operational safety by marking the work area, using mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE), and strictly adhering to occupational safety regulations and internal procedures. * Assist in planning daily activities, optimizing machine utilization and workflow at construction sites or assigned work areas. * Maneuver the backhoe loader precisely and skillfully in confined spaces or on uneven terrain, minimizing risks and damage. #### **Requirements** * Valid and unrestricted Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) category "D" or "E". * Recognized and up-to-date Backhoe Loader Operator training certificate. * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) operating backhoe loaders across various terrains and projects. * Solid knowledge of basic heavy machinery mechanics and hydraulic systems. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications for earthmoving and infrastructure projects. * Familiarity with applicable occupational safety regulations (NRs) for heavy machinery operation. * Demonstrated history of safe operation without major accidents. #### **Skills** * Backhoe Loader Operation * Basic Mechanics * Heavy Machinery Hydraulics * Drawing Interpretation * Preventive Maintenance * Occupational Safety (NRs) * Land Grading * Precise Excavation * Maneuvering in Confined Spaces ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance Plan, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance/Reimbursement, Accommodation, On\-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
