**Position: Heavy Equipment Operator** **Responsibilities:** * Operate heavy machinery according to specialization: \***Motor grader** \***Roller compactor** \* **Hydraulic excavator** \***Backhoe loader** \* **Crawler tractor** \* **Wheeled tractor** * Perform earthmoving, excavation, leveling, compaction, loading and material transportation services; * Conduct daily inspections and equipment check\-lists; * Ensure the preservation and proper functioning of the machine; * Comply with safety regulations and operational procedures; * Support site operational routines as needed. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the role and operation of specific machine(s); * Driver's license category D; * Availability for field work and in different locations (if necessary). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Commitment to safety and productivity; * Attention and responsibility when operating machinery; * Good communication and teamwork skills. **Job Type:** Full-time CLT **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday (8\-hour shift – according to schedule) **Compensation:** Competitive, based on role and experience **Benefits:** * Medical insurance * Fuel allowance * Attendance bonus * Corporate cell phone OR cost assistance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher **Additional Benefits:** * 13th salary * Overtime pay (when applicable) Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$2\.512,00 \- R$3\.977,60 per month
