Job Summary: Conduct inspections and analyses for quality control on construction sites, ensuring compliance with technical standards and identifying deficiencies in processes. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and approval of inputs and quality reports Conduct inspections and analyses to ensure quality control of services executed on site, in accordance with the company's defined policy, to guarantee compliance with technical standards and identify process deficiencies. § Conduct inspections, service releases, supervision of tests, measurements, and trials according to established norms and standards, analyzing their conformity within the company's technical specifications or customer requirements; § Report inspection results to Coordination for storage and traceability; in cases of non-conformities, develop prevention and corrective action plans; § Inspect and verify reinforcement (steel) and formwork assembly per the execution project prior to concrete pouring authorization; § Inspect, supervise, and verify on-site services and tests, such as: concrete pouring, piling, soil compaction, topographic surveys, PIT tests, load test trials, and other applicable tests; § Supervise the curing process of concrete test specimens (CPs), as well as conditions of curing tanks and other tests performed in subcontracted laboratories for concrete and soil testing; § Supervise the curing process of concrete structures, as well as evaluate these structures after concrete pouring; § Analyze and approve input test reports and ready-mix concrete mix designs; § Supervise and receive ready-mix concrete deliveries and related tests, including: slump tests, casting of CPs, storage and curing procedures, compression tests, and issuance of final reports; § Verify and cross-check quality control reports issued by third parties: surveying, concrete and soil technological control, piling, PIT, PDA, PCE, and other performed tests; § Verify calibration of testing and measurement instruments; § Identify non-conformities and issue records and handling documentation for such deviations (corrective and preventive actions); § Verify revisions of drawings used at work fronts; § Prepare inspection checklists and other quality monitoring and control reports as required by the project; § Maintain photographic records evidencing tests and services, such as earthing (welds and connections); § Verify adherence to the company's work procedures and instructions (WIs); provide training to staff when necessary; Be familiar with and remain vigilant regarding occupational health and safety (OHS) hazards, harms, and environmental aspects and impacts associated with one's activities to ensure their control and protection, thereby eliminating or reducing potential harm to people and environmental impacts.
