Ensure customer service quality Job Mission: Coordinate the Technical Assistance area, ensuring efficiency of post-delivery service processes, strategic management of service requests, cost control, and excellence in customer experience. Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality of inspections and maintenance, performance indicator tracking, and team development—contributing to the company's reputation and stability in the post-construction phase. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise Technical Assistance team activities, ensuring organization, productivity, and delivery quality; * Structure, standardize, and monitor the service request handling workflow, ensuring accurate scheduling and complete information; * Provide technical oversight of inspections and diagnostics, supporting the team in decision-making and solution validation; * Manage suppliers, budgets, material procurement, and area cost control; * Monitor performance indicators (e.g., service response time, recurrence rate, customer satisfaction, cost per service call); * Ensure proper registration, updating, and closure of service requests in internal systems; * Interface with Engineering, Construction, and other departments to implement definitive solutions and prevent recurrence; * Prepare management reports and present results to leadership; * Strategically drive continuous improvement of post-delivery processes; * Ensure customer service quality by guaranteeing clear communication, professional conduct, and deadline compliance.
