Senior Controller Analyst (BI Focus)

Description

We are seeking an individual with a strong analytical profile and passion for data to join our Controller area, focusing on Business Intelligence. This role will be essential in transforming data into strategic insights, supporting decision-making and enhancing the efficiency of financial and operational processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports to support decision-making; * Automate reports and routine tasks, ensuring greater efficiency, agility, and reliability in deliverables; * Consolidate and analyze financial and operational information to support monthly closings; * Structure, organize, and maintain integrated databases (ERP and auxiliary systems); * Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance used in analyses; * Support the Controller area in generating strategic insights and analyses; * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation; * Collaborate with internal departments, translating data into relevant business information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in data analysis, controller functions, or finance-related areas; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * **Power BI expertise is essential (dashboard creation and data modeling);** * Knowledge of Power Query and DAX; * Knowledge of SQL; * **Must reside in Goiânia/GO or the metropolitan region.** **Additional Information** * Meal/Voucher allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass or Wellhub; * Birthday DayOff.
