We are seeking a talent to join us as a Junior Information Technology Analyst*.* **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and duties** **In this role, you will work at the Equatorial Goiás unit.** Here are some of the challenges you’ll face daily: * Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements in coordination with business areas; * Translate business needs into clear requirements for the development team; * Produce artifacts such as user stories, use cases, and functional documentation; * Act as the interface between stakeholders and the technical team; * Support scope definition, demand prioritization, and refinement; * Monitor development progress and support acceptance testing of solutions. **Requirements and qualifications** For this opportunity, we expect the following from you: * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Desired certifications: Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, PMP, or similar; * Prior experience as a Requirements Analyst or Business Analyst in systems projects; * Experience gathering requirements and interacting with end users; * Knowledge of agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional methodologies; * Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; * Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN or similar) is a plus; * Knowledge of cloud infrastructure is a plus; * Familiarity with system integration, APIs, RFCs, etc., is a plus. **Additional information** **Why apply:** By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of an expanding company with a culture that values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
