




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Conduct complete recruitment and selection (R\&S) processes, from profile alignment to hiring. Advertise job openings through various channels, perform resume screening and active candidate hunting. Conduct competency-based interviews and group dynamics, when necessary. Administer behavioral and technical assessments according to the position's requirements. Support management in profile alignment and defining talent attraction strategies. Conduct onboarding for new employees. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields. Previous experience in recruitment and selection (medium volume, strategic positions, or both) Knowledge of recruitment tools, job platforms, and professional networks (LinkedIn, Empregare); Strong communication and organizational skills. **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
