Advertise job openings through various channels, perform resume screening and active candidate hunting. Conduct competency-based interviews and group dynamics, when necessary. Administer behavioral and technical assessments according to the position's requirements. Support management in profile alignment and defining talent attraction strategies. Conduct onboarding for new employees. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
