**Job Description:** We are seeking a CNC Programmer to work on programming, setup, and optimization of laser, plasma, and oxy-fuel cutting machines, ensuring quality, productivity, and optimal material utilization. **Responsibilities:** Program CNC cutting machines for laser, plasma, and oxy-fuel cutting Import and process CAD files (DXF, DWG, and similar formats) Perform nesting (sheet material utilization) to minimize waste Define cutting parameters according to material type and thickness Monitor and optimize cutting processes Collaborate with Production Planning and Control (PCP), production, and engineering teams Ensure dimensional quality of cut parts Organize the library of programs and drawings Support machine operators and resolve process-related issues **Requirements:** Experience in CNC programming for laser, plasma, and/or oxy-fuel cutting Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience with nesting and ALMA programming software Knowledge of materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum Basic understanding of metallurgical manufacturing processes **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with TRUMPF machines Knowledge of CAD/CAM software Background in metalworking involving cutting, bending, and welding Employment Type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: R$3.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Commuter pass
