Job Summary: Technical customer support, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications services, performing network technician duties and optical fiber splicing. Ensure quality standards and proper organization of optical fibers. **Job Details** * **Position:** MULTISKILL TECHNICIAN I * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Work Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical customer support, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications services. * Perform network technician tasks, including testing, configuration, and connectivity verification. * Conduct optical fiber splicing, cable laying, and organization and maintenance of splice closures and DIOs. * Identify and test optical fibers using OTDR and Power Meter. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on the network. * Ensure quality standards and proper organization of optical fibers. * Ensure appropriate use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Comply with company safety regulations and technical procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of telecommunications networks. * Experience providing technical customer support. * Ability to read network projects and diagrams. * Experience in optical fiber splicing. * Availability for fieldwork and external assignments. * Driver's license category B. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Courses or certifications in telecommunications or optical fiber. * Strong teamwork skills and good customer relationship abilities. **Salary and Benefits Information** * **Salary Range:** R$2\.106,40 * **Meal Allowance:** R$29,00
