Conducting internal audits to ensure technical and administrative quality and safety; . Responding to service requests (work orders), managing technical schedules, and preparing performance reports; . Managing inventory, tools, and fleet control to ensure efficiency of services delivered to the client; . Managing a team of over 30 employees; **Prerequisites** . Experience in managing maintenance teams for building, electrical, and refrigeration systems; . Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; . Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
