Job Summary: Responsible for conducting physical assessments, instructing students in exercise execution, keeping them motivated, and maintaining the organization of the facility. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the weight training area Description: Responsibilities of the Opportunity * Conduct physical and functional assessments of students using appropriate tools to identify physical fitness levels; * Instruct students on correct exercise execution, teaching proper techniques for each movement to prevent injuries and optimize results; * Keep students motivated during training sessions by monitoring their progress, providing positive feedback, and adjusting workouts as needed; * Ensure organization and cleanliness of the weight training area, maintaining equipment in good condition and providing a pleasant environment for students. Requirements * Bachelor's or full teaching degree in Physical Education; * Valid registration with CREF; * Basic computer skills (WORD, EXCEL) preferred; * Stretching techniques; * Familiarity with relevant equipment; * Training program knowledge.
