Profitability analysis and strategic interface Position located in Curitiba \- Bigorrilho We seek a professional to lead the billing department, ensuring process quality, contract compliance, and efficiency in medical billing management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management of the billing team, pre\-billing, guide authorization, and claim appeal processes; * Configuration and updating of rules according to health insurance plans; * Verification, billing, and closing of medical accounts within established deadlines; * Monitoring of release timelines and ensuring their fulfillment; * Issuance of invoices and submission of billing to health insurance operators; * Monitoring of claim denials, management of appeals, and tracking of receivables; * Control of KPIs and preparation of managerial reports; * Interface with clinical support teams and assistance to the medical staff; * Guidance to patients receiving private care; * Analysis of drug profitability; * Strategic collaboration with finance and procurement departments. **Requirements:** * Experience in hospital billing; * Experience with health insurance plans and private accounts; * Experience in team leadership; * Knowledge of medical account analysis and contracts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in oncology or chemotherapy; * Knowledge of hospital costs and KPIs; * Proficiency in the Tasy system.
