




Description: Bachelor's degree in Forestry Engineering or Technical Degree in Agriculture/Forestry * Responsible for the consistency and relevance of information consolidated in the Measurement Bulletin (BM) * Supervise the field team * Responsible for controlling silviculture activities and monitoring results, supervising teams to ensure correct task execution, aiming to comply with legal requirements, safety procedures, and other internal company standards. * Supervise operational activities—both in-house and outsourced—related to eucalyptus silviculture, covering: planning, quality, site preparation, ant control, mowing, herbicide application, subsoiling, base fertilization, planting, irrigation, and other pre- and post-planting cultural practices. * Guide, monitor, and conduct surveys and evaluations to ensure planting and forest maintenance quality according to established standards, as specified in the work instruction. * Plan activities, implement them, and prepare service orders in the SGF system (Inflor). * Prepare reports containing planning, production, input consumption, and other relevant information. * Conduct meetings with the team and service providers to discuss planning progress. * Develop performance indicators related to silviculture process efficiency, focusing on cost reduction, productivity improvement, and safety risk mitigation. * Respect and comply with all occupational health and safety norms, guidelines, instructions, and/or procedures, and correctly use the PPE provided by the company. * Comply with company policies, rules, code of conduct, and all internal procedures applicable to the position (quality, environment, safety, human resources, and operational procedures within the area of responsibility), and participate in internal and/or external training sessions requested by the company. * Perform other related and inherent duties associated with the position. * Pursue continuous improvement of the processes involved in the role. 2512190202551927451
