Job Summary: GrandMinas is seeking a Purchaser to strengthen its procurement processes for strategic materials, services, and inputs, carrying out purchasing and negotiation activities. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in procurement processes, ensuring the best cost-benefit ratio. 2. Negotiate and select suppliers to reduce costs and improve efficiency. 3. Develop and approve new suppliers, ensuring compliance. **Position: Purchaser – GrandMinas** **Location:** Santa Luzia **Work Model:** On-site **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM **About GrandMinas** GrandMinas is an established company operating in the pork meat sector in Minas Gerais (MG). We are looking for a **Purchaser** to join our team and reinforce our procurement processes for strategic materials, services, and inputs. **Responsibilities** * Conduct procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services, ensuring the best cost\-benefit ratio. * Research, analyze, and select suppliers, conducting commercial negotiations. * Request and compare quotations, evaluating prices, delivery times, payment terms, and quality. * Issue purchase orders and monitor the process until delivery. * Monitor delivery deadlines and supplier performance indicators. * Maintain relationships with suppliers and seek alternatives that reduce costs and increase efficiency. * Support the development and approval of new suppliers. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement standards. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in procurement; * Knowledge of negotiation and price analysis; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate or advanced Excel); * Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. **What We Offer** * Market-competitive salary; * Benefits: attendance bonus, life insurance, fuel allowance; * Collaborative work environment with opportunities for development and growth.
