We are seeking a professional to work as an AV Project Manager focused on Civil Construction Projects, who will play a critical role in managing the projects under their responsibility, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and positive project outcomes. The candidate’s mission will include participating in and leading meetings with the client, delivering project initiation, status, and closing presentations, performing follow-up and demand management for projects—both internally and externally—handling change orders for projects under their management, organizing activity intersections throughout the project, coordinating schedules among internal teams, external teams, and clients, and mitigating noise and risks. The candidate will be responsible for project accountability (costs, timelines, and quality) and for generating project artifacts according to the PMO’s methodology and processes. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Management Processes, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management; * Advanced English (conversational); * Office 365 and MS Project (advanced); * Knowledge of AI and ChatGPT; * Agile knowledge; * Project management knowledge (PMBOK); * SAP B1 knowledge (desirable); * ClickUp knowledge (desirable); * Experience in civil construction project management; * Knowledge of audio, video, and multimedia systems. **Hybrid work:** * Hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site activities at the Alphaville office and client locations, along with remote work periods.
