




Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Product Intern to support Discovery activities, collaborate on multidisciplinary projects, identify usability improvements, and analyze data to generate platform insights. Key Highlights: 1. Support Discovery activities and user validations. 2. Collaborate with Product Managers on multidisciplinary projects. 3. Transform usability issues into experience improvements. Description: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Design, Communication, or related fields (from the 2nd semester onward). * Interest in pursuing a career in Digital Product; * Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills; * Proficiency with technology and digital tools; PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Completion of courses, bootcamps, or projects related to product, UX, or technology; * Basic knowledge of chatbots, digital customer service, or messaging tools; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or task management tools. * Support Discovery activities, user interviews, validations, flows, user journeys, and interfaces; collaborate with Product Managers on development and multidisciplinary projects; * Identify usability issues/opportunities and transform them into improvements in the user experience; * Analyze and collect product data to generate insights for platform growth and issue identification; * Collaborate in building and consolidating the user experience across our products. 2511070202301855240
