Development of organizational skills and proactivity **COMPANY: IHUB RH** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support in the Recruitment and Selection process * Support in the Training and Development process * Participation in Job Evaluation and Compensation projects * Support in job description and classification * Support in HR subsystem routines and projects **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields * Personal computer and internet access * Organizational skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn * Strong communication skills and proficiency with digital tools **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Internship stipend: BRL 700.00 \+ Home Office allowance * Benefit: Life insurance * Working hours: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM * Work modality: Remote
