Ensure implementation of and adherence to company-defined strategies and guidelines, providing up-to-date technical-scientific information to support the correct and safe use of products. Contribute to strengthening the company’s image and achieving predefined commercial and institutional objectives, consistently focusing on excellence in service delivery and compliance with sector regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct medical visits according to the pre-established quantity and frequency outlined in the visit schedule, ensuring effective promotion of company products. * Serve as a reference point for compliance with all administrative policies and procedures defined for the commercial area, as well as sales and marketing strategies. * Accurately and systematically record information about conducted medical visits in the system, ensuring continuous improvement and high-quality fieldwork. * Proactively adjust, plan, and optimize your physician panel to meet the company’s visitation objectives. * Visit points of sale and seek new partners, while collecting and analyzing pharmacy sales reports to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment of company products. * Achieve sales targets and other established performance indicators. * Plan and organize additional medical visits to identify new opportunities for product sales growth. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed. * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable. * Experience in Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Angiology will be considered an advantage. **Personal Profile:** * Empathy, enthusiasm, conviction, flexibility * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Willingness to travel nationally **Territory:** Caratinga, Manhuaçu, and Carangola Whatever your area of expertise, your work within the Servier Group helps advance therapeutic progress for the benefit of patients.
