In Production, we have Boiler Making and Machining, which operate in an integrated manner to manufacture metal structures and high-precision components. Boiler Making is responsible for producing domes, ducts, cooled hoods, and various metal structures, using cutting, assembly, and welding processes that ensure robust and durable equipment. Machining, meanwhile, transforms raw materials into technical components using lathes, milling machines, and CNC technology, also performing welding, coatings, and final assembly of assemblies. Together, these departments ensure quality, precision, and efficiency across all production stages. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare metal surfaces through grinding, deburring, and sanding to ensure appropriate finishes for assembly or welding; * Assist assemblers in positioning, aligning, and securing metal parts using hand tools and simple equipment; * Clean metal parts by removing residues, rust, and oils, ensuring they are ready for assembly, welding, or painting; * Move and organize parts, tools, and materials at the workplace to facilitate team workflow; * Deliver materials and tools to assemblers during service execution, ensuring process agility; * Perform support tasks in simple assemblies under the guidance of the responsible assembler; * Document performed services and maintain effective communication with the team, reporting deviations and requesting resources when necessary; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the organizational environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete or completed Elementary Education; * Experience with rotating equipment is desirable. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** **Chartered transportation or transportation allowance** – for greater convenience in your daily routine. **Life insurance** – protection for you and peace of mind for your family. **Health and dental plans** – we care for your physical health and your smile. **Pharmacy network** – more convenience in purchasing medications with exclusive discounts. **On-site meals or meal allowance** – to always guarantee your nutrition. **Lumar Metals Academy** – access to a Corporate Education platform offering diverse courses to develop your skills and advance your career. **Wellhub (Gympass)** – access to gyms, studios, and physical activities to care for your well-being.
