Responsible for supporting logistics operations, ensuring proper receipt, inspection, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials, guaranteeing organization, control, and inventory accuracy. Contribute to the smooth operation of the warehouse, on-time delivery, product integrity, and efficient internal demand fulfillment, in compliance with the company’s logistics standards, procedures, and policies. \-Organize storage layout (physical addressing where applicable). \-Define and maintain material identification standards. \-Ensure organization, cleanliness, and good storage practices. \-Perform physical and system-based inventory control. \-Execute cycle counts and full inventories. \-Monitor material expiration dates and conditions (where applicable). \-Investigate and report inventory discrepancies. \-Ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system. \-Inspect received materials (quantity and integrity). \-Perform system-based item entry. \-Correctly identify and store products. \-Report damages or non-conformities. \-Pick materials according to internal requests. \-Prepare orders for shipment (packaging, labeling, and verification). \-Support scheduling and release of carriers/pickups. \-Record shipments in the system. \-Serve internal demands from Commercial, Marketing, and Logistics departments. \-Maintain communication with headquarters regarding inventory movements. \-Support generation of inventory movement and stock position reports. \-Suggest improvements to layout, workflow, and controls. \-Support development of warehouse operational procedures. \-Ensure adherence to group logistics policies. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed high school education * Experience with inventory or logistics routines * Basic computer skills * Organizational and operational discipline **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Prior experience in warehouse or storeroom implementation * Familiarity with Sankhya ERP or WMS systems * Experience with cycle counts **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Transportation Allowance **Work Location:** ---------------------- Santa Luzia/MG **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00; Saturday, 08:00–12:00
