We Build Futures.”* **We currently have nationwide opportunities open.** **(Open to candidates from across the country)** **Responsibilities and Duties** The External Teacher Support Assistant (3-month contract) will strategically promote and monitor the National Textbook Program (PNLD) within the public education network. This role strengthens relationships with school administrators (principals, pedagogical coordinators, and teachers), ensuring proximity, credibility, and effective adoption of FTD Educação’s educational solutions. * Conduct in-person and remote visits to public schools and education secretariats to present PNLD publications and solutions. * Maintain ongoing relationships with principals, pedagogical coordinators, and teachers, serving as FTD’s local point of reference. * Support the textbook selection process by providing clear, up-to-date, and FNDE/MEC-aligned information. * Monitor competitors and identify territory-specific opportunities. * Organize and report activities in the CRM system to ensure proper tracking and predictability of actions. * Collaborate with the consulting and management teams to meet targets established in the PNLD calendar. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Education, Administration, Pedagogy, Marketing, or related fields. * Prior experience in sales, institutional relationship management, or the educational sector. * Strong oral and written communication skills, with a consultative profile. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to plan, maintain discipline, and work autonomously to manage schedule and results. * Willingness to travel within the assigned region. **Expected Profile** * Professional with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Strategic mindset with a results-oriented focus. * Commitment to FTD’s educational mission and sensitivity to working with public schools. * Proactivity and resilience to operate effectively during high-demand periods (e.g., textbook selection and registration campaigns). **Additional Information** **Academic Background** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Education, Administration, Pedagogy, Marketing, or related fields. **Required** * Prior experience in sales and institutional relationship management. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to plan, maintain discipline, and work autonomously to manage schedule and results. * Willingness to travel frequently and commute within the assigned region. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **What benefits do we offer?** * Meal Allowance; * Company Vehicle; * Fuel Card; * Bonus for achieving targets at the end of the contract period.
