




**Responsibilities:** * Define the **logistics strategy**, aligned with the company’s strategic planning. * Manage the in-house fleet, ensuring **fleet availability and supply continuity**, preventing stockouts of critical products for customers and operations. * Implement and monitor KPIs related to performance, safety, and costs (cost per km driven, fuel consumption, fleet utilization rate, customer service level, vehicle accident rate, absenteeism). * Provide monthly accountability reports on departmental results to the Operations Director. * Propose innovative solutions based on data analysis, telematics, and new route optimization and real-time monitoring technologies. * Manage **warehousing and inventory** at bases and terminals, ensuring effective control in line with established targets. * Promote integration with other departments (Commercial, Administration, Maintenance), ensuring alignment and organizational efficiency. * Lead and develop the team with a focus on engagement, organizational discipline, and career development. * Supervise **logistics and freight contracts**, evaluating supplier and carrier performance. * Structure **route planning and replenishment processes** across different regions, prioritizing efficiency and safety. * Conduct **periodic inventory planning** and ensure inventory accuracy. * Implement and monitor **logistics KPIs** (cost per km driven, fuel consumption, fleet utilization rate, vehicle accident rate and absenteeism, fleet utilization, customer service level). * Lead **Safety, Health, and Environment (SSHE)** programs applied to fuel and derivatives logistics. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of the **in-house and third-party fleet**, ensuring availability and regulatory compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * **Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Management**. * Solid experience (minimum **5 years**) in logistics within the **oil & gas, energy, or large-scale industrial sectors**. * Knowledge of **ANP regulatory standards, hazardous materials transportation, and SSHE**. * Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding working hours. **Desirable:** * Experience in **e-commerce logistics** or last-mile distribution * Knowledge of **Lean Six Sigma** or continuous improvement methodologies * Certification in **Logistics or Supply Chain** (SCOR, APICS) * Proficiency in **project management** and tools such as **MS Project or Asana**
