**Department:** Operations / Maintenance **Work Location:** Santa Maria Ecologic – National Coverage **Main Responsibilities:** Professional responsible for planning and supervising mechanical maintenance activities of Santa Maria Ecológica nationwide, ensuring operational efficiency, availability, and safety of the entire fleet (trucks) and equipment used in the company's active contracts. Collaborate in managing the company's internal team of mechanics, distributed across operational units in Brazil; Supervise and audit services provided by workshops and third-party mechanical maintenance companies; Establish and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans for all the company's mechanical assets; (implement) Fuel control. Tire lifespan control. Management of driver's licenses, periodic inspections, and traffic fines. Assist in developing and implementing performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance control and team productivity; Technically evaluate procurement of parts, components, and new equipment, seeking optimal cost\-benefit ratio and standardization; Prepare periodic management reports with critical analysis and improvement proposals; **Main Equipment under Responsibility:** Trucks (various configurations and applications); Electric and combustion-powered forklifts; Bobcat (mini-loader); Tractors used in waste handling and disposal operations. **Requirements:** Solid experience in fleet maintenance management, especially with the equipment listed above, is desirable; Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate third-party maintenance contracts; Willingness to travel, with operations across various regions of the country (desirable); Proactive profile with strategic vision, results orientation, and problem-solving capability.
