PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of SEST SENAT's Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Management/Behavioral) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Work schedule and shift will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call, and the candidate must indicate availability for the established schedule. Candidates who decline the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** As required by the Operational Unit **SALARY:** R$ 22\.91 **UNIT:** Rua Antonio Monteiro de RezendeRua da Cooperativa Atras do Posto Sao RafaelLimoeiro \| Caratinga MG \- 35300970 **SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction aligned with the institution's defined educational axes, and facilitates students' learning process during Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree in Administration. **PROOF:** Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training, education courses, or development activities. **PROOF:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature related to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
