Schedule tasks to improve productivity and quality Job Responsibilities: Coordinate construction execution in accordance with the project, supervising work teams across various work fronts, guiding them on quality, environmental, occupational health and safety matters, and optimizing equipment, labor, and on-site materials to achieve desired results. Plan, size, and allocate teams across various construction work fronts, instructing and guiding Foremen on tasks, priorities, and execution methods to be adopted. Collaborate with immediate supervisor to schedule work execution, estimating execution periods based on personnel availability, productive capacity, equipment and material availability, and other variables, aiming to improve productivity and ensure work quality. Requirements: Proven experience in this role, team management skills, clear communication ability, resilience, and strong teamwork capability. Willingness to travel is required.
