Ensuring compliance with legislation and safety standards at construction sites Job Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling processes inherent to the execution of industrial civil construction projects (e.g., warehouse construction), supervising personnel under direct supervision. Organize, implement, and manage activities related to construction sites. Control and perform measurements for subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor project schedules and site activities, ensuring compliance with legislation related to civil construction and other applicable regulations that directly or indirectly affect construction execution and control.*.* Responsible for ensuring strict adherence to occupational safety standards at construction sites. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; experience executing industrial, commercial, or residential construction projects; leadership skills; ability to work under pressure; resilience; strong communication skills; good interpersonal relationships; flexibility for travel; and adaptability.
