Job Description The Commercial Assistant will be responsible for making the first contact with customers, assisting in scheduling, supporting the sales team in lead relationship management, and actively participating in commercial activities. We are looking for someone eager to learn, disciplined, friendly, and who desires growth within the sales area. Main Responsibilities Conduct initial customer service (in-person, WhatsApp, and phone); Assist the sales consultant, especially in scheduling assessments; Organize information in the CRM and help manage schedules; Contact leads generated via social media for qualification and scheduling; Assist in after-sales by sending messages, confirmations, and simple follow-ups; Provide basic administrative support to the sales department. Requirements **Education:** High school diploma (pursuing technical or higher education will be an advantage). **Experience:** Previous experience in customer service or commercial support is desirable (not mandatory). Experience working with targets will be considered a plus. **Knowledge and Skills:** Good communication and ease when dealing with people; Interest and willingness to learn sales techniques; Organizational skills and attention to detail; Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, and basic spreadsheets (Excel); Collaborative, proactive profile, committed to delivering results.
