Job Summary: Working as a mason specialized in maintenance and structural renovations, focusing on restoration, reinforcement, and waterproofing of building and industrial structures. Technical interpretation and high-quality finishing **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Structural Restoration:** Address concrete and rebar pathologies, such as cracks, rebar corrosion, and structural wear. * **Reinforcement and Consolidation:** Perform structural reinforcements to increase load-bearing capacity in buildings and foundations of industrial/civil equipment. * **Waterproofing:** Apply waterproofing systems on slabs, reservoirs, foundations, and critical areas. * **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Maintain integrity of installations in residential and industrial structures. * **Construction Site Logistics:** Organize materials and tools, keeping the worksite clean and safe. * **Mobility:** Travel between different work fronts across Contagem and Belo Horizonte regions. **Requirements:** * **Proven experience** as a mason, preferably in maintenance or structural renovations. * Proficiency in concrete repair techniques, reinforced steel work, and waterproofing systems. * Highly punctual and committed profile (emphasis on **attendance**). * Full availability for frequent travel between Contagem and Belo Horizonte. * Ability to interpret technical requirements and deliver high-quality finishes. **Compensation and Incentives:** * **Base Salary:** R$ 2\.631,20 (CLT employment regime). * **Variable Pay:** Performance-based bonuses or awards for achieving targets. Benefits: * Transportation Allowance. * Basic Food Basket. Work Schedule and Hours: * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. * **Friday:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (**Early departure on Fridays**). * **Work Mode:** Itinerant (Contagem and Belo Horizonte).
