If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Plan, control, and monitor all activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to defined milestones to contribute to fulfilling contractual requirements and ensuring the project’s success. **Detailed Description:** * Develop, detail, and update the project activity schedule in Microsoft Project, considering all phases, resources, constraints, and interdependencies. Define logical sequences, durations, resources, and constraints, breaking down activities into appropriate levels of detail (WBS, work packages, tasks) to establish the project’s critical path. * Monitor activity progress by comparing planned versus actual performance and reporting deviations. Control activity progress through site visits, data analysis, report generation, and other measures, updating physical progress directly in the system. * Interact with engineers, inspectors, coordinators, and other stakeholders to gather information and adjust the schedule according to project evolution. Participate in periodic planning and construction control meetings with service providers, as well as interface-area contract meetings, to monitor deadlines, align actions, and identify potential interferences impacting planned development. * Identify and record constraints that may affect activity progress, assess delay risks, and jointly propose solutions, corrective actions, and preventive measures with the team. * Prepare and disseminate periodic construction monitoring reports, highlighting progress, bottlenecks, losses, and key risks. Issue monitoring reports, S-curves, resource histograms, and other management support documents, including customized reports and dashboards for decision-making. * Simulate scenarios and replan as required by the project, providing accurate and up-to-date information to support leadership decisions. * Perform assigned activities per the received plan, under supervision and/or support from professionals with higher technical or managerial expertise. Support senior professionals in area-specific processes, leveraging their experience for self-development.
