Job Summary: Internship to assist with administrative and operational routines at an educational center, focusing on communication and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Support parent and guardian communication and enrollment/cancellation processes 2. Assist in organizing tests and teaching materials 3. Support the use of Kumon Connect and information recording Industry: Kumon education. Schedule: Monday to Friday, either from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM (flexible schedule) Stipend: R$ 1\.000,00 Benefits: Transportation allowance \+ Life insurance Location: Avenida Uruguai, Sion, Belo Horizonte REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION Currently enrolled in: Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields (graduation expected from June 2026\) Strong communication skills. Attention to detail; RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive parents and guardians in person, via WhatsApp, and by phone, providing information courteously and clearly. Assist with enrollment, re-enrollment, and cancellation procedures, organizing documents and updating records in the system. Enter payment invoices, verifying amounts and ensuring data accuracy. Support the administration and organization of assessments—such as the Assimilation Test and Diagnostic Test—preparing materials and guiding families. Submit material requests directly to the franchisor according to the center’s needs. Periodically verify, organize, and count materials (inventory), ensuring stock control (worksheets, BRK, pencils, envelopes, etc.). Prepare and verify study worksheets, sorting activities and arranging materials for daily operations. Support the use of Kumon Connect, assisting parents and students with login, activity submission, and simple inquiries. Record key information such as attendance and time logs.
