Junior Management and Performance Analyst

Job Summary: A professional to conduct data and performance analysis, support management activities, and prepare reports—with an emphasis on process optimization and data-driven decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the team in performance analysis and report preparation 2. Mapping and improving processes with a focus on automation 3. Developing training programs on management methodologies and frameworks **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain and update management tools used for reporting to support leadership decision-making; * Map and improve processes based on identified issues, bottlenecks, and disconnects (always with an eye toward automating tasks and routines); * Support the team in performance analysis routines (1\-budgetary and 2\-management of outcome metrics \= KPIs and OKRs); * Support the team in preparing reports and presentations for the Executive Board to enable data-driven decision-making; * Support the team in developing training programs to disseminate management knowledge (e.g., problem-solving methodology (PDCA) and other *management frameworks* (e.g., *BSC*, *Scrum*, *Lean*, *Kaizen*, *Design Thinking*) across the company. **REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or Production Engineering; * Experience in data analysis, performance analysis, and goal-setting routines; * Knowledge of management frameworks (e.g., PDCA and its applications); * Familiarity with business process management (BPM); * Proficiency in Excel (formulas, data organization, dashboard creation). **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Postgraduate studies (in progress or completed) in Business Management or Finance; * Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, etc.); * Familiarity with methodologies such as OKRs, BSC, Agile, Lean, Kaizen, VSM, and Design Thinking; * Knowledge of Python or SQL for data analysis; * Interest in or experience with Artificial Intelligence (LLMs, automation, etc.). **Diversity strengthens us!** If you are a person with a disability, our opportunities await you. **Join our team!**
