Mechanical Maintenance Semi-Skilled Worker

Description

We are seeking a professional to support mechanical maintenance activities for vehicles and heavy equipment, contributing to the availability and proper operation of the operational fleet. Main responsibilities: * Assist in disassembly and assembly of engines for vehicles and heavy equipment; * Support preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of equipment such as wheel loaders, tractors, cranes, and large forklifts; * Assist in tire replacement and maintenance; * Perform engine oil, transmission oil, and differential oil changes; * Carry out lubrication of vehicles and equipment according to company procedures; * Perform minor mechanical and electrical repairs under technical team guidance; * Clean and wash maintenance parts, components, and tools; * Support organization, preservation, and control of tools used in maintenance activities; * Complete service orders and maintenance records; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace; * Comply with requirements of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and company safety standards. Requirements: * Experience or basic knowledge in mechanical maintenance of heavy vehicles or industrial equipment; * Familiarity with yellow-line equipment and large-scale machinery is desirable; * Basic understanding of diesel mechanics, lubrication, and preventive maintenance; * Proactivity, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
