The ideal candidate should be proactive, willing to perform physical work, and capable of following instructions attentively and responsibly. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing the construction site; * Transport and organize materials and tools; * Help mix mortar, concrete, and plaster; * Support cleaning and maintenance of the worksite; * Provide assistance in construction and finishing tasks as directed by qualified professionals.
