This is what drives us and pushes us beyond—every single day! **Join us as a Confiant and become part of our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Your responsibilities will include: * Identifying tender notices on specific search portals; * Preparing and submitting cost estimates; * Monitoring tender processes on official websites and posting updates on Slack; * Tracking postponed and cancelled tenders; * Following up on clarification requests and challenges during the pre-bid phase of tender processes; * Requesting payments for tender platforms and submitting corresponding invoices; * Requesting financial analyses from Garrastazu consultancy; * Assisting in reading and interpreting tender notices; * Supporting the preparation of tender processes; * Supporting the registration of tenders on relevant platforms; * Supporting the submission of clarification requests, challenges, and appeals; * Supporting participation in tender competitions; * Supporting CRM updates with process progress and organization until completion; * Supporting the collection of contract and minutes signatures; * Verifying compliance of received commitment notes; * Supporting validation of various registrations and portal accounts; * Performing other related organizational, control, support, and administrative follow-up tasks required for effective completion of tender processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Essential qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Development of new technical skills, including advanced Excel usage and integration of digital tools; * Monitoring of trends and best administrative practices applicable to the commercial sector; * Knowledge of workflows across other departments involved in the commercial process; * Teamwork; * Organization; * Initiative; * Results-oriented mindset; * Basic knowledge of fiscal documents for participation in advanced public procurement proceedings.
