




Job Summary: Infosys Brazil is seeking Service Desk professionals to provide Level 1 microcomputing support, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure SLA compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Global engagement with customers and/or national and international projects Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with a Service Desk profile to join our team. Responsibilities: * Provide Level 1 microcomputing (Service Desk) procedural support, implementing and improving processes to ensure deliverables; * Proactively resolve customer inquiries while ensuring SLA compliance; * Provide 24/7 first-line support to users; * Ensure proper documentation of interactions in the customer's account; * Execute transactions according to established guidelines and deadlines. Requirements: * Experience in IT Support (hardware and software); * Experience with remote access and support; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); * Knowledge of Windows; * Understanding of Information Security; * Advanced spoken Spanish.
