**Reservation Agent** **Location:** Prado\- Belo Horizonte **Responsibilities:** * Handle customers via phone, Syngoo, email, and WhatsApp, negotiating and processing vehicle reservations in the system; * Inform customers about rental procedures and conditions. * Monitor reservations through reports; * Update data for existing registered customers; * Prepare reports for control, monitoring of KPIs, and commission calculation; * Provide support to the unit’s in-person service when necessary. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Prior experience in customer service and sales is desirable. **Schedule:** To be agreed upon **Salary:** 2189,00 **Commission:** * R$ 3.50 for each daily reservation confirmed; * R$ 200.00 upon achieving the monthly target; * 0.5% of the value of each confirmed monthly contract reservation; * R$ 15.00 for each pre-paid fuel tank sold. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance/fuel allowance, * Meal/food allowance (R$ 595.00/month), * Health insurance * Dental plan * Life insurance * Benefits club.
