




Description: A professional responsible for supporting occupational health initiatives, providing nursing care, administrative support, and participating in programs promoting, preventing, and maintaining workers' health, in compliance with current regulatory standards—especially NR-7 (PCMSO). Works in partnership with the Occupational Physician, SESMT, HR, and related departments. Responsibilities and Duties * Provide nursing care to employees, including triage, vital signs measurement, wound dressings, medication administration per medical prescription, and first aid for workplace incidents. * Assist the Occupational Physician in clinical activities, occupational examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, job-change, and termination), health campaigns, and other actions outlined in the PCMSO. * Organize, update, and manage medical records and occupational health documentation, ensuring confidentiality of information. * Develop, complete, and update control spreadsheets related to occupational examinations, absences, health indicators, preventive campaigns, vaccinations, medical certificates, and other medical department controls. * Verify, manage, and requisition materials, supplies, medications, and equipment, ensuring appropriate usage conditions, validity, and storage. * Participate in the organization and implementation of health campaigns (e.g., vaccination, prevention of chronic diseases, mental health, ergonomics, STIs, smoking cessation). * Deliver or support DDS (Daily Safety Talks), educational lectures, and training sessions on health, occupational hygiene, accident prevention, and disease prevention—in collaboration with SESMT. * Assist in investigating and monitoring occupational health incidents, workplace accidents, and social security absences, as requested. * Maintain coordination with HR, Occupational Safety, and other departments, providing technical information related to occupational health. * Comply with internal policies, clinical protocols, biosafety standards, professional ethics, and applicable legislation. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Nursing. * Active registration with COREN. * Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards, especially NR-7 (PCMSO). * Proficiency in basic computer skills (document creation, spreadsheets, reporting, and system usage). 2512200202551928919
